re-discovered this area. retraced my Sat/Sun morning rides (Brannan, Embarcadero, Fisherman’s Wharf, Aquatic Park (Dolphin Club), Fort Mason, Marina Green, up then down to Ft. Point, Golden Gate Bridge…back to Presidio. Heading home via Lake, 8th Ave…Golden Gate Park) 14 miles!
The hike on the other hand was substantially less.
Much needed nature, HWY1 and time away from the city. Always lovely to visit the Country Mice…we’ve missed them tons!

This Saturday it was Sobrante Ridge then a nice lunch at Nuguna. Another perspective of the bay I’ve never seen. We drove from SF to El Sobrante then to (Old) Pinole for lunch.
We took the long way home driving through Richmond by the Chevron refinery. (It was odd) Then back to SF via the Golden Gate Bridge
It’s been over a year since I’ve seen Jorge & well over a moment since i’ve seen Paz. We decided to converge at the Botanical Garden in GG Park. So much oxytocin all around – I missed them!
