spending time with teresa has been quite lovely…decided to FINALLY make her dinner that I promised like in August..the menu: chicken arrozcaldo + white aspragus + Don David Malbec (provided by T). we spent the evening discussing the forthcoming trip to Brazil (T is an EXPERT)
The Subte essentially is Buenos Aires’ MUNI. Apparently porteños have been waiting for this line for a looong time. The “H” will connect the Villa Crespo area with Palermo…it’s like directly connecting the Bay View District with the Marina. Curious to see how the neighborhood will change since the Villa Crespo area is still affordable
this restaurant – strategically hidden on the second floor – in “San Cristobal” I met Alcira and Katja for this meal….a huge plate of sushi + a huge plate of tempura + 1 bottle of sake + 2 bottles of huge cerveza = 90P which translates to … $30USD! Did I tell you how much I love the food here!

so I met gaby bex at the Estacion Pringles event… HOT rad cabaret/singer/performer/poet.. blah blah blah. we shared panqueques on one condition…that she model it for me…ms. ivy noticed that her name – is mine scrambled.
