Halo Halo Catalog

Just received my copy of the Halo Halo Catalog – one of the last shows Carlos Villa curated in Hilo Hawaii. Entries written by Jenifer K. Wofford and David Goldberg.
One of the shows I feel super privileged being a part of.

New Videos of/from Midori and Samar and I

Been catching up ever since the big Oaxaca trip (i’ll need to do a separate blog entry for this) but I wanted to post a few videos I’ve been putting together.

First is the “LiveStream” of Bridge of Mud and Feathers – the amazing show I am a part of. The reason why I say “LiveStream” was because the performance was supposed to be livestreamed but didn’t turn out that way – due to technical difficulties. Mauricio and his crew truly did a fantastic job getting all the cameras set up as we as the connection together – but alas, the bandwidth was not enough (this is my geekie techie deduction). At any rate Midori, Samar and I thought it better to create a full length documentation captured by Mauricio and his crew (disclaimer, this is not the video interpretation of the piece).

Second (and third) are the quickies promised to our Kickstarter backers..they are little HOW-TOs based on Midori and Samar’s expertise (ropes/bondage and suspension, respectively). Enjoy

Daily Slots + MissionLocal

here’s another action Paz and I did, it  was written up in the MissionLocal (though poorly written we received some comments..love the comments) – press coverage is always good!
GONE HOME was the phrase we used, then Paz return the next day and placed CASA MALA (bad home)
which actually lasted longer than our initial hit.
this action was the first time we treaded Mission territory.
