i’m getting ready for this show in April and all I have is pictures to imagine what i’m going to do in the space…so in preparing for the ‘discussion’ of what I am interested in doing, I decided to check out the install in hawaii I did a few years back – thought I’d share because I don’t think I did. peter – my install chookee – fabricated this device which I thought was quite brilliant

mom makin’ my FAVORITE…kare kare (a stew filipino style – made with oxtail, peanut butter, green beans and greens – which is eaten with bagaong (shrimp paste)) MMMMMMMMMMMM!!
so upon arriving back to domestic soil – there was tons to do. in three days I unpacked/re-packed for the next stop, met with gallerinas at Micaela (going to have a show there in April), went to Courtney’s 5th anniversary (w/SoEx) party, went to the close calls show at the Headlands and re-connected with some good pals…I definitely have to thank ms. m for being a gracious hostess
whilst everyone was taking in the art..I took alittle hike…
