Watermelon Woman 3.0

For this show, veilleicht will have a reprise as well as another (title yet to be determined) piece. Watching Watermelon Woman again reminded me of queer cinema in the mid-late 90’s when film was film, video was JUST emerging and non-linear editing was barely busting out (for a steep price). The content and themes this piece portrays are still relevant…glad to be part of this show. Also glad to know Cheryl is part of the Academy, well deserved and necessary! (come a long way from Turin’s LGBT FF we were both in back in 1998 – good times).
